In addition to the valuable information you will receive with our reports prior to your purchase, you will also find them very useful after your purchase because they enable you to quickly refer back to any items that need to be corrected or repaired.

We offer various types of reporting formats to suite your needs, and with our electronic formats, we are able to supply detailed photos of any problems that we may find, so you can see the problems, in addition to just reading about them. Regardless of what reporting format you choose we offer same day turnaround on all of our reports.

Although it is not necessary, we encourage all of our clients to participate during the inspection process to enable them to see hands on what the home inspector encounters during the process. This additional visual aspect sometimes helps our clients even further in their assessment of what typically is the largest investment they will make. Regardless if you choose to participate, or not, we will always be there to answer your calls with any questions you should have for as long as you should need.

We have flexible scheduling hours for the convenience of our clients and we work hard to meet the needs of the buyers, sellers, and realtors we are affiliated with to make the process as easy as possible.
